This multi-stage research developed and implemented by the Department of Social Sciences analyzes the local mobility of Orarea inhabitants, assesses passenger satisfaction, draws vehicle usage figures and attempts to pinpoint the development posibilities for the local community transportation company. The research includes passenger traffic monitorization, in-vehicle satisfaction survey, representative opnion poll and a series of focus group interviews.
